Walking tour of New Arbat This iconic Moscow street, historically Novy Arbat is located in that part of Moscow where artisans settled, helping the emperor in the hunt. In these places hunting dogs and birds of prey were bred.

Today it is the oldest part and the main historical complex of the city. In ancient times, kings ruled in the Kremlin, and now it is the official residence of the President.
